Refund Policy
1 · Before work starts
Changed your mind after paying but before we've started on your campaign (no design produced yet, nothing published)? WhatsApp us — full refund, no questions.
2 · After design, before going live
If we've produced your design/commercial but you haven't approved anything going live, we'll refund the package minus a fair production portion (never more than 50%), or — usually the better deal — revise the creative until you're happy. For Viral Mode, production is most of the work, so tell us early.
3 · The guarantee case
Views below the guaranteed count at campaign end? Our first remedy is the one we promise everywhere: your campaign keeps running and keeps being pushed, free, until the count is reached. If we can't get you there in a reasonable further period, we'll refund in proportion to the shortfall.
4 · If we can't deliver at all
If we can't run your campaign — we decline your business category, we can't produce something you can approve, or a failure on our side stops delivery — you get a full refund.
5 · How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Ask via WhatsApp +60 11-1797 1289 with your payment receipt or reference.
