Terms of Service
1 · What we do
Swipe Voucher runs voucher campaigns for local businesses. Depending on your package, we design a voucher for your offer, publish it on Swipe Voucher channels (including our Instagram page), push it to the guaranteed number of views, list your shop on our web and AI-assistant surfaces, and send you a results report. Viral Mode additionally includes one Short TV Commercial (up to 60 seconds) produced by us, published on our Instagram and pushed to 100,000 views.
2 · Packages, prices, payment
- Swipe 7 — RM199, voucher live 7 days, 10,000 views guaranteed.
- Swipe 14 — RM349, voucher live 14 days, 25,000 views guaranteed.
- Swipe 30 — RM599, voucher live 30 days, 40,000 views guaranteed.
- Viral Mode — RM999, one Short TV Commercial + 100,000 views push.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), payable once per campaign — no subscription, no auto-renewal, and 0% commission on your sales. Prices are as displayed; Fortifi Sdn Bhd is currently not SST-registered, so no SST is charged. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3 · The views guarantee
If your campaign ends below its guaranteed view count, we keep it running — and keep pushing — free of charge until the count is reached. View counts are the numbers shown by the publishing platform (e.g. Instagram) on the relevant posts. This guarantee is a service remedy: it promises the work and the reach, not any particular number of sales, customers, or "going viral".
4 · Your approval, your content
Nothing goes live until you approve it. You confirm that the shop details, offers, images, and other materials you send us are accurate, are yours to use, and don't infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a licence to use them to create and publish your campaign. Voucher terms you set (e.g. "RM10 off") are honoured by you at your premises; redemption and sales remain entirely between you and your customers.
5 · Timelines
Standard vouchers typically go live within 1 hour of payment and your approval of the design, subject to you sending the needed details. Viral Mode production timelines are agreed in WhatsApp after briefing. Delays caused by missing details or pending approvals extend timelines accordingly.
6 · What we don't accept
We don't run campaigns for alcohol, vape/tobacco, gambling, adult content, weapons, or medical products/claims. Our Halal category is reserved for JAKIM-certified businesses. We may decline (with a full refund) any campaign that is unlawful, misleading, or doesn't fit the platform.
7 · Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any campaign is capped at the amount you paid for that campaign. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption) or for outages of third-party platforms (Instagram, Stripe, hosting) beyond our control — though where a third-party failure stops us delivering, the guarantee in §3 and the refund policy still apply.
8 · General
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them; the version on this page applies from its effective date to new purchases. Questions or disputes: message us first on WhatsApp at +60 11-1797 1289 — we sort things out directly and quickly.
